I completed the Strategic Leader Masterclass by Ash Seddeek last week in March. This was an eight-week course with interactive one-and-a-half-hour sessions on Zoom every week. The sessions included terrific guest speakers from top companies like Cisco and the Freeman Company. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to sharpen their strategic thinking and leadership skills. Be prepared to work on the topics discussed in each session to get the maximum benefit from this course. That will require time on the participant's part, with "homework" to be completed and discussed in each session. So, I suggest signing up when there is time in the participant's schedule. This course will benefit anyone aspiring to lead, from someone trying to learn what "leadership" is to anyone who reads books on leadership to an experienced leader, since each person will genuinely learn something valuable. Reach out to Ash with any questions!
